The Albertsons Companies Foundation along with Albertsons Executives announced today the distribution of charity dollars from the Mondelez Tickets Support Charity Program by which 100% of ticket sales from the 36th annual Albertsons Boise Open presented by Chevron were donated to local charities.

Forty local, Treasure Valley charities, received donations from the 2025 Albertsons Boise Open presented by Chevron thanks to the Mondelez Tickets Support Charity Program which allowed ticket purchasers to choose which local charity would receive 100% of the money from their ticket purchase.

Albertsons President, Mountain West Division, Brad Street, and Mondelez Customer Vice President, Rick Swearingen, met with 10 of the 40 benefitting charities today at Hillcrest Country Club to hand deliver their donations:

  • Idaho Humane Society - $107,953

In total, the 2025 Albertsons Boise Open presented by Chevron generated more than $3 Million for Charities. The other 30 Mondelez Tickets Support Charity organizations who were not in attendance will receive their donations in the next week, and the Albertsons Companies Foundation will continue to distribute funds from the 2025 Albertsons Boise Open presented by Chevron throughout the year.

“The Albertsons Companies Foundation and our entire Albertsons team are incredibly proud of what’s made possible through the Mondelez Tickets Support Charity program,” said Brad Street, President of Albertsons’ Mountain West Division. “Thanks to our amazing customers, partners, and volunteers, the Albertsons Boise Open presented by Chevron continues to fuel real change for Treasure Valley nonprofits. We’re proud to support the organizations doing such important work for Idaho families.”

The representatives from the local charities in attendance were very excited about the positive impact these donations will have on their organizations. The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho and Women’s and Children’s Alliance are two examples of organizations that will be able to greatly extend their services due to the donations they received.

"For 38 years now, Idaho families have relied on the Ronald McDonald House for assistance as they navigate the stress and uncertainty of having an ill or injured child,” said Nancee Bakken, Executive Director of RMHC Idaho. “In 2025 alone, we were honored to provide more than 2,000 families with over 9,000 nights of lodging comfort, and support. Our ability to meet the growing demand for our services is only possible because of generous contributions like this one. I’d like to thank Albertsons, the Albertsons Boise Open presented by Chevron and the Mondelez Tickets Support Charity program for their remarkable support which strengthens our ability to remove barriers and reduce burdens so families can remain close to the medical care their children need. We are deeply grateful for this incredible, long-standing partnership and the compassionate community behind it. Together, we are ensuring every family facing the unimaginable challenge of a child’s illness or injury has a true home away from home with warm meals, comforting spaces, and moments of peace.”

“One of the most important services we offer is our safe, secure shelter. Housing women and children fleeing domestic abuse and violence, this critical and unduplicated service in Ada County saves lives,” said Women’s and Children’s Alliance CEO, Bea Black. “Being able to provide shelter for our clients, at no charge for up to seven months, provides them a chance to begin their healing journey without living in constant fear. We are so grateful for this funding which is due to a generous community and the support of Albertsons, the Albertsons Boise Open presented by Chevron and the Mondelez Tickets Support Charity program.”

Following the Mondelez Tickets Support Charity donation distributions, Hillcrest Country Club General Manager, Nolan Halterman, made an additional donation of $25,000 to First Tee Idaho on behalf of Hillcrest Country Club and its members. The donation, which results from Hillcrest Country Club’s partnership as host of the Albertsons Boise Open presented by Chevron, was in addition to the $38,258 which First Tee Idaho received from the 2025 ticket sales.

The 37th annual Albertsons Boise Open presented by Chevron will take place August 13-16 and again feature four days of PGA TOUR/Korn Ferry Tour golf and 3 nights of amazing concerts at Hillcrest Country Club.
